                        Few places in England enjoy this type of location. In my 24 years here, countless guests called this Heaven-by-the-Sea. Unlike other coastal properties, there's no road between my home and the beach, just peace and tranquility. The lawn and front patio create an idyllic al fresco lifestyle. To one side is a quieter sandy bay. To the other, Margate's main sands and hospitality buzz is minutes stroll. The Old Town has a plethora of quaint shops, bars and eateries. Internally, I love how modern amenities sympathetically blend with Victorian panelling, marble fireplaces and new kitchen with all appliances. The downstairs power shower is perfect for coming off the beach. The nearby pretty Ramsgate harbour, and Dickensian town of Broadstairs, offer so much in restaurants and festivals. Shops nearby provide all you'll need for convenience. Trains to London being a 6 minute walk away is a big plus. The changing Turner-esque landscape is amazing. Every half hour, colours and shapes of sky and sea turn to another painting to admire. When sunsets trail a golden path to my home, everybody falls in love.
