This checks for any debts, CCJ's and your ability to pay the rent. This is payable by the tenant and takes about 5 days to process.

We can hold a property for up to 4 weeks at a rate of £50.00 per week which then comes off the deposit. We do not allow pets unless otherwise stated. All tenants require a guarantor who is a working homeowner. The guarantor would have to be willing to pay the rent and guarantee the condition of the property in the event of the tenant breaking the terms of the agreement.
