Tenants Fees

We charge a £95.00 referencing fee per tenant. This is non refundable even if the tenant fails referencing due to adverse credit or inaccuracies in the information given

Property can be held off of the market on a weekly basis at the rate of £50.00 per week up to a maximum of 4 weeks. If the tenant takes the property then this is used as part of the deposit. If the tenant fails to take the property, fails referencing or the maximum time of 4 weeks is exceeded this will be paid to the landlord.
