All properties require the deposit shown and one months rent paid prior to you moving in without exception. All tenants will require Homelet Referencing at a cost of £95.00. This checks for any debts, CCJ's and your ability to pay the rent. This is payable by the tenant and takes about 5 days to process.

We can hold a property for up to 4 weeks at a rate of £50.00 per week which then comes off the deposit. We do not allow pets unless otherwise stated. All tenants require a guarantor who is a working homeowner. Benefit and low income tenants require a full time working guarantor with a clear credit history. The guarantor would have to be willing to pay the rent and guarantee the condition of the property in the event of the tenant breaking the terms of the agreement.
